Katie, Caitlin, Stephanie
Scene Scenario

The scene opens with three friends walking along a dark street lit dimly by streetlamps and the headlights of cars that pass. It is made immediately clear that these three girls, though entirely different, are the best of friends. Bray McFarlyn, stubborn, defiant, and carefree, leads the trio to an unknown destination. Jordan Peraino and Skye Braden follow without question for some time. It is apparent the Bray often leads them on mysterious adventures. The girls talk about normal teenage things that reveal each characters history. After a while, Skye, being the most nervous and paranoid of the three, begins to worry about their whereabouts while Jordan, being the “blonde” of the group (though she is brunette) continues to be blissfully ignorant.
Skye sees first that Bray has lead them to the back entrance of the movie theatre, and she panics because she suddenly knows Bray’s intention. Here we find out that Bray is a bit of a trouble-maker and does not like to abide by the rules. She has attempted to sneak into the theatre before and was nearly arrested the last time. Skye and Jordan argue angrily with Bray and try to convince her to do something else with them. If Bray goes out of line again, she will most definitely be arrested. However, Bray is incredibly stubborn and refuses to admit that she is ever wrong. She pushes the back door to the theatre open, and an alarm goes off. Security officers round the corner and see Bray, Skye, and Jordan. In an act of desperation, Bray points in the other direction and screams “FIRE!”. They run for it.

End Scene.

I'm sorry that the girl or whoever the person was had to belittle you like that. It is wrong.

It's bad for my religion sake, because you get a few dumb-butt people like that who put a bad impression on you. Ya know?

I read that you cant pay attention at a sermon in church. I don't blame you. I go to church almost every Sunday and I have to sit throug it. Sometimes they are interesting and lively, other times they are not.

This may be hard for me to say, and please don't get angry with me, or think that I am taking the jerk girl's side, but in Christianity, those who do not believe specificaly in Jesus Christ are condemned.

That is always hard for me to believe... I've spent roughly 9 or 10 years of my life trying to brush it off, trying to tell myself, "No, it's not true. You can still go to Heaven even if you don't believe in Christ. It's goodness that gets you in, right?"
Well, sadly in this case, it's really not.

You have no idea how hard it is to live with that thought. I took me 10 years to finally accept it. I have so many friends, so many people I know, that think that just being a good person will get them somewhere.

And now I feel so horrible for saying all that. Right now, Caitlin, I am even questioning my own religion. It's so complicated, and in the end we don't know the absolute truth. We don't, and there's no way we can really prove it. I'm just saying my opinion based on my religion.

Not believing that Jesus Christ is the Son of God doesn't make you, or anyone, a bad person.

Religion is something that I found most children needed to have grown up with in order to even want to be in a religion. It's such a hard, touchy subject.

Like, my dad. I don't know if he believes or not. It bothers me in a way because he says he does, but... I don't know, Caitlin.

The only thing that is certain is that everyone dies, and I suppose that it won't be until then that we will all know the truth.

Again, I'm sorry if I offended you in any way. I didn't post this to hurt you.
