A room so small
you'd never believe
the thought that births
within it.
The walls stand bare
(for the most part)
with posters to cover
its blankness
and a blanket of
color
across the windows
to give it life.

Life is the feeling
the tone
the mood
(and any other literary term
we've discussed before)
of our small room...
unnoticable
and unbothered
(just the way
we like it).

In the morning,
we have visitors
(those who miss
the yesteryear)
and they talk
of thinks so deep
that I couldn't possibly
join
(however much
I may wish to)
I listen
every morning.

Such large thoughts that go on in such a small room! I'd love to show Mrs. Perry this poem.
